Currently we only Deliver to the United Kingdom.
All our shipping is tracked either when dispatched from our own location using our approved shipping companies (DHL, DPD, FedEx and Hermes) depending on the price of the order and delivery location. Some of our products like the packs of Wax Melts are packaged in boxes which are designed to fit through the letter box, these will be sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Post.
We aim to deliver all UK Mainland orders within 1 – 3 working days from dispatch, you will be notified when your order gets processed and dispatched with relevant tracking. We currently offer all UK Mainland deliveries free of charge.
Currently we do not offer delivery to the rest of the EU or USA/Canada, however if you are interested in this service please contact us, we have to go through additional insurances for our products, at this stage, without interest from those areas it would not be viable.
We only accept returns for items still sealed ( all our candles have a paper seal between the aluminium top and glass jar, this must be intact) the being change of mind returns would be refunded at the original amount, any extra shipping you pay to get your change of mind purchase to us would be at your cost, but we do advise you packing correctly and sending via tracked means. We will refund you via Paypal within 7 working days after receiving your return.

Please note for Bespoke Candle orders using custom glass we will not be able to refund that product as it has been made bespoke to you, there will be an opportunity for you to gain a sample of your custom candle before placing a final order.
